		<description>Alright, after hours of searching you may be my best answer to my issue.  I am using a script created with SMARTY.  I have an admin that has an advertising section. The script to insert ad banners in the .tpl files looks like this: {insert name=advertise adv_name=&#039;banner_bottom&#039;}     Now Ineed a rotating banner to display multiple of these banners in the same banner spot.  I am waiting on the 2nd post to this blog. Do you think this will solve my issue?----Allen (Los Angeles)</description>
